    Hi Mike,

    Have you run the Windows Update Troubleshooter?

    Have you checked that all your drivers are up to date?

    Do you have any 3rd party Antivirus?

    Do you have enough free disk space?

    Have you tried using the iso from here

    and doing an in place update?
