What application is available to do off-line video editing, i.e. combining multiple MP4 files into 1 file

Microsoft Clipchamp should be able to handle this easily, but it requires an internet connection to work. If you’re looking for a free offline software instead, there are plenty of options available in the Microsoft Store, such as this one.
