On this case, you have the following options:

1. You can send it via email by attaching it to the email
2. You may also Copy Link of the Excel file or directly shared it through Excel application by clicking the Share button on the upper right corner, you may refer to the sample screenshot below:

To send a .pptx PowerPoint file, use one of these methods:

1. In PowerPoint for the web, select Share in the upper-right corner, then select Share again.
2. Enter the recipients.
3. Choose Can edit if needed, then adjust Link settings and select Apply.
4. Add a message and select Send.

If a copy is needed as an email attachment:

1. In Outlook.com, create a new message.
2. Select Insert > Attach file.
3. Go to the folder that contains the presentation.
4. Double-click the .pptx file to attach it.
5. Add recipients and a subject, then select Send.

In Outlook in Microsoft 365:

1. Open Apps > Outlook.
2. Select New mail.
3. Select Insert > Attach file.
4. Open OneDrive for your organization.
5. Select the presentation.
6. Choose Share link or Attach.
7. Select Send.

If the file is large, sending a sharing link is better because others can access the latest version without email attachment size limits.
