    1

What happened on your laptop before Windows was no longer activated.

    2

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

    3

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.

If Windows came preinstalled on the laptop and both keys appear correct, the most likely causes supported here are:

    1. The installed edition does not match the license
      • If the device has a digital license for one edition and a different edition is installed, activation fails.
      • Open Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation on Windows 10, then select Troubleshoot.
      • If the troubleshooter detects a valid digital license for a different edition, it will tell which edition is licensed and how to install the correct one.
    2. Run the Activation troubleshooter again from the correct location
      • In Windows 10: Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Troubleshoot.
      • This requires an administrator account and an internet connection.
      • If Windows has a digital license but is not activated, the troubleshooter can offer Activate Windows and then Activate.
    3. If the laptop was purchased with Windows preinstalled and activation never completes
      • This can happen if the proper product key was not included in the device hardware.
      • If the troubleshooter cannot activate the device, the next supported step is to contact the PC manufacturer.
    4. If Windows was reinstalled by a shop or technician
      • If the wrong edition was installed during reinstall, activation can fail even when the key is genuine.
      • If the PC was recently repaired at an independent repair facility, contact them to confirm whether the repair or reinstall changed the Windows edition or requires a new license.
    5. If needed, reinstall the correct edition
      • If the device has a digital license for Windows 10 Home but Windows 10 Pro is installed, Windows 10 Home must be installed for activation to succeed.
      • During setup, if a digital license already exists for that edition, the product key entry can be skipped and Windows should activate automatically after installation completes.
      • Warning: a clean installation can remove apps and data unless files are backed up first.
    6. If activation still fails
      • Check the exact activation error and use the activation error guidance.
      • If the troubleshooter cannot fix the issue, contact support.

For Office being stuck: the available context only confirms that Office activation has separate guidance under Activate Office and Activate Office for Mac. No further Office troubleshooting steps are provided here.
