    Hello Cariza Fortune,

I understand that after the recent Copilot mobile update, you cannot sign in and your previous conversations appear missing, although they are still available on your computer.

    Please try the following:

    1. On Android, open Settings > Apps > Copilot > Storage, then clear the cache. On iPhone, skip this step.
    2. Uninstall Copilot, restart your phone, and reinstall the latest version from the official App Store or Google Play Store. Sign in using the same account as on your computer, then check the menu for your conversation history.

If the issue continues, could you let me know:

    • Are you using Android or iOS, and which version?
    • What is the Copilot app version?
    • Are you signing in with a personal, work, or school account?
    • What is the exact error message? Please share a screenshot if possible, with personal information hidden.

As a temporary workaround, continue using Copilot through your phone’s browser at Copilot while we narrow down the mobile app issue.
