I have purchased PDF X by mistake, is it possible to cancel purchase and have money back?

    The Microsoft store returns policy indicates not all apps purchased on the Microsoft store are eligible for a refund.

    Log into your Microsoft Account on this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Go to Payment & Billing > Order history.

    Find that app, if there is no 'Request a return' or 'Refund' link on that app, then that app is non-refundable by the software developers of that app.
