Try following methods for trouble-shooting :
1 . Try disable 3rd party antivirus software and check to see if you can fix the error.
2 . System File Checker will auto replace System Files including CSRSS.EXE.
Run following command in an elevated Command Prompt
SFC/Scannow
3 . Keep the system updated
Check the available security patches and system updates in Settings --> Update&Security --> check for updates
4 . Update drivers for graphics cards and network cards
