windows系统自动不定期向52.139.168.125发送数据包，经过观察似乎是因为sqlceip.exe的运行而产生，请问sqlceip.exe是一个怎么样的程序，有没有关闭sqlceip.exe程序的方法，以及关闭该程序会否对系统产生不良影响。

By default, Microsoft SQL Server enables participation in the customer experience improvement program (CEIP). pecifically, SQL Server collects information about the installation experience, usage, and performance. This information helps Microsoft improve the product to better meet customer needs.

This executable implements the SQL Server CEIP Service.

sqlceip.exe is the SQL Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) from SQL Server 2016 and 2017. Check if the SQL Server 2016 SP1 GDR (KB 4293801) is installed. If yes, it is better to install update KB 4458842 which should supersede and replace KB 4293801. See the details from the article "Description of the security update for the remote code execution vulnerability in SQL Server 2016 SP1 (GDR): August 14, 2018".
