Hi Guys,

My client installed october 2016 CU and then July 2020 CU on the same day.

in the CA-->System Settings--->Manage servers in the farm---> the version is showing 15.0.4867.1000 (KB3118366)

It should ideally show the latest version i.e. 15.0.5259.1001 (KB4484447) but showing the older version.

ps config ran and it was successful in all the servers.

I have tried

1) get-spproduct

2) cleared config cache and so on

Any idea why it is showing the old version

Can you verify that the patch has been installed on all servers via Programs -> History in the Windows Control Panel? Are any servers noted as requiring upgrade? What about the list of patches in Upgrade and Migration -> Check product and patch installation status?
