I was curious to know about how does azure speech to text deals with stammering and labiochorea? As this seems a bit challenging to handle.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Azure Speech-to-Text uses a unified speech recognition machine learning model to understand what is spoken in a wide range of contexts. At Microsoft, we strive to empower every person on the planet to achieve more. An essential part of this goal is working to create technologies and products that are fair and inclusive. We continue to look to improve the model for less represented groups. See Characteristics and limitations for Speech-to-Text - Azure Cognitive Services | Microsoft Learn. As described in that page it is possible to train a custom model to improve performance if the current model is insufficient.
