Azure Alerts Fired to Resolved time

After the underlying condition of the alert has subside when does the Azure Monitor mark the alert Status to Resolved? Does it do it at very next evaluation time or it evaluates few times before marking to Resolved?
For example: I have an alert which is fired at 1:00. My frequency of evaluation & aggregation period is every 1 hour. Now the underlying condition subsided at 2:30. So during next evaluation at 3:00 will my alert get "Resolved"?
As per my observations it take few evaluation cycles before the alert is set to "Resolved". Why it is so and where is this documented?

The alert rule sends out a resolved/deactivated message when the alert condition is not met for three consecutive periods to reduce noise in case of flapping conditions.

That is unprofessional and not very good for treating people who try to help you.

Currently on the platform only the O.P (original poster) who have created the question can accept the answer and no one else can accept it. However we will bring this feedback with our team and see what improvements can be done on the platform to improve this experience. I did reach out to the O.P to correct this on this thread.
