Windows Server 2012 Backups not found

Question

Hello,

I have a problem with the "Local Backup" tool (V 1.0) of our Windows Server 2012 R2 system.
It's a legacy system, of which I'm the administrator now.

The scheduling of Backups has not been working for some months now.
For the latest backup the following path is displayed:

\?\Volume{b71a658e-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}

What to do with this question mark?
Also, I cannot access any information about the latest backup.
How do I know, where the Server has stored the last backup?
