Issue with MS teams

Hello

Please i need your help on this.

We have a user who is assigned the correct license to make calls via Teams but she gets an error every time she tries to do so.

    For anyone else that finds this thread, I had the same issue. Licenses were assigned properly, Phone number was assigned to the account in the Teams Admin Centre, but I still got this issue. I found that i could dial out but not dial in. It turns out that my DNS settings were not correct. In my case, we did not have SRV records set up for siptls or _sipfederationtls_tcp. Once we added those, all worked as expected.

    Aside from the calling plan license, please also make sure a phone number has been assigned to the user.

    Please be aware that you may need to wait for up to 72 hours for the change to provision through teams.
