Linux subsystem WLS > installing/reading Python Libraries

if I use Python libraries that have been previously installed in the Windows directory (e.g., Pandas, NumPy etc.) - do I have to reinstall again on the PICO of Ubuntu WSL? Or is Ubuntu able to identify libraries installed on Windows? If I understood correctly reading your article PICO process has nothing to do with the Win32 / System directory and is not able to read what is inside the Windows folder

++ integration: Python installed previously on win32/system directory does not run-on Linux PICO, so I have to re-install Python on Linux WSI.

My doubt is should I use the same version of Python to let my machine work? What happens if I have installed Python v3.9 on win32/system and on Linux WSL I installed Python --version 3.10?
