When I open the terminal in my script all it says is:
According to video I've seen I'm supposed to write "node -v" somewhere in the terminal in order to begin the process of activating node js. But my terminal is different from terminals seen in videos.
I've tried to install Powershell 7.2.5 to see if it makes anything any better, but I don't understand how to install it. I've tried the zip download and after extractig all the files I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. I also tried the msi download and after I clicked "finish" on the installation window nothing happens; once I go back to VS Code it still prompts me to install the newer version of powershell.
What do I do ? I just want to enable node js.
