2022-07-20T06:22:19.877+00:00 Hi @RAFLI EGHBAL HARAKI .
As per your error message, I have searched a lot but unfortunately cannot found similar encountered issue. However, you may try below steps and see if its help:1.Try to perform a clean boot in Windows to determine whether a background program is interfering with Office program.
2.Please try to remove the "OneDrive Cached Credential via go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager, check if there’s any “OneDrive” credentials, if so, remove the credentials.
Meanwhile, since you can sign in OneDrive app in the browser and if you already tried to change the network and Reset OneDrive. Then I suggest you install the latest version 22.033.0213.0002 from this page.
If above suggestion does not work, to narrow down your issue, please provide us some information below.

2022-07-20T16:46:54.027+00:00 The fix is simple, simply goes to : Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\OneDrive and delete all registry in it
and reinstall onedrive then reboot system, and try login again, it will be working

2022-12-01T10:40:05.897+00:00 This happens to me after every password reset (which for my company is frequent). I'm not going to delete registry keys and reinstall onedrive every 2 months. Microsoft you need to fix this not ignore it!
Maybe it has something to do with 2-factor auth?
