Azure data studio with postgres cannot connect to server

Question

I am trying to connect to azure data studio to a postgresql database on azure, and the liading spinner loads forever (even for more than a day).

This seems wierd to me because I was able to connect without any issues a few days ago using the same credentials.

Same problem occures while conecting to my local postgres db.

Also tried to reinstall azure data studio.

I have installed the following extensions:

1. Postgresql
2. Mssql (installed in vs cose)
3. Db projects
4. T-sql

I tried connecting to Azure PostgreSQL - Single Server through Azure Data Studio and was able to connect without any issue.

Can you please run the command 'Developer: Open Logs Folder' as shown below and check the latest logs if that gives any information:

Nothing obvious shown in the logs. I get the error:

connection failed: could not receive data from server: Socket is not connected (0x00002749/10057)
could not send SSL negotiation packet: Socket is not connected (0x00002749/10057)
