Behaviour of Branch Cache and Peer Cache for VPN clients

Question

Behaviour of Branch Cache and Peer Cache for VPN clients,we want to leverage branch and peer cache for network optimisation but confused how will it work in case of clients on vpn as of today's scenario.

for peer cache, i understand it will only work for the boundary group i will disable "Allow peer downloads in the same boundary group" on the VPN boundary group so there will be no peer caching.

but how will branch cache work and behave in terms for clients on VPN?
