Hi,
As per the discussion with internal team we have got to know that hyper-v 2019 is not supported with VMM 2019. Apologize for the inconvenience.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I configured a cluster with two servers, one with hyper-v server 2019 and the other with Windows server 2019 datacenter. I tried to add the nodes in vmm 2019 and the server with Windows server 2019 datacenter works without problems but the server with hyper-v server 2019 does not work and shows the following error:
"Error (20594)
The Windows feature NetworkVirtualization could not be enabled on the computer HV2.domain.com because of the following error: Unknown error (0x800f080c)
Recommended Action
Refer to Windows documentation for how to fix feature installation issues."
I've tried to solve it but without success. Has anyone had this problem?

Yes , if you check the O.S , you will find it Hyper-V Server which isn't supported:
Hey,
As mentioned, Hyper-V Server is not supported by VMM. You will need to deploy Windows Server on your host to be able to manage it via VMM.
If you want to have a cluster from both nodes, you will need to install Hyper-V Server on both node. Might help with cluster configuration: https://www.starwindsoftware.com/resource-library/starwind-virtual-san-configuration-guide-for-microsoft-hyper-v-server-hyper-v-vsan-deployed-as-a-controller-virtual-machine-cvm-using-powershell-cli/
