A class representing a collection of HciVmSecurityRuleResource and their operations. Each HciVmSecurityRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of HciVmNetworkSecurityGroupResource. To get a HciVmSecurityRuleCollection instance call the GetHciVmSecurityRules method from an instance of HciVmNetworkSecurityGroupResource.
