Sets the value of the external COM property by using the COMMemberInfo that was specified to the Initialize(String, COMMemberInfo) method.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Parameters

An object that converts the type from actual argument type to formal argument type.

The argument list to pass to the external COM property.

Provides information about a specific culture or locale. Used to format numbers, dates, and strings correctly.
