Creates a string representation of the specified object.
This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

- thisob
- Object
The object that this method is acting upon.
- radix
- Object
A number between 2 and 36 that represents the base of the number system that thisob
is expressed in. The default is 10.
