Initializes a new instance of the ScriptFunction class.

The parent prototype of the object that this function constructs.

The name of the object that this function constructs.
Remarks
The parent is the object to which the object delegates requests for properties or methods that it does not implement itself. For example, when you create a NumberObject by using a NumberConstructor, the parent is a NumberPrototype.
