Provides COM objects with version-independent access to the IsInitOnly property.

true if the field has the InitOnly attribute set; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This property is for access to managed classes from unmanaged code, and should not be called from managed code.
The IsInitOnly property gets a value indicating whether the field can only be set in the body of the constructor.
