Adjusts the set of properties the component will expose through a TypeDescriptor.

An IDictionary that contains the properties for the class of the component.
Remarks
This IDesignerFilter interface method override adds a non-browsable, design-time only boolean property named "TrayLargeIcon" to this designer's component at design time. This property is used by the component tray.
