Gets the collection of bindings associated with the out/ref and return value of the corresponding WebServiceInputActivity method.

This collection is used to bind the outbound parameters to locations in the workflow. When the WebServiceOutputActivity executes, it extracts the values from the bound locations and delivers these back to the blocked Web service method.
