Sign in to Omnichannel for Customer Service

Omnichannel for Customer Service offers a suite of capabilities that extend the power of Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise to enable organizations to instantly connect and engage with their customers across digital messaging channels. An additional license is required to access Omnichannel for Customer Service. The Omnichannel for Customer Service agent-facing app is deprecated, and we recommend that you start using Customer Service workspace. Learn more in Deprecations.

Sign in to Omnichannel for Customer Service

To sign in to Omnichannel for Customer Service, do the following:

  1. Go to https://<orgURL>.dynamics.com/apps.

  2. Enter your username and password. The apps page appears.

  3. Select the Omnichannel for Customer Service app.

    Sign in to Omnichannel for Customer Service.

If you have Omnichannel access, then you can see the Omnichannel for Customer Service app in your instance.
