Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork includes ready-to-use plugins that help teams connect more of the tools, data, and expertise they rely on every day. These available plugins span both native Microsoft integrations and partner offerings, giving organizations flexible ways to extend Cowork out of the box.
Plugins are available from the Microsoft 365 App Store. Your admin can also deploy plugins for your organization. For details on browsing and installing plugins, see Use plugins with Cowork.
Microsoft plugins
Integrated plugins bring Microsoft services directly into Cowork so teams can coordinate work across the tools and business data they already use. These built-in integrations help people move from one-off tasks to more connected, multi-step execution, making it easier to define an outcome, pull in the right context, and keep work progressing across functions with the governance and control organizations expect. This includes plugins like Fabric IQ, which brings Power BI and Fabric data into Cowork workflows, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 plugins, which bring customer, service, and business process context into the same flow of work.
| Plugin | Description | Capabilities |
|---|---|---|
| Dynamics 365 Customer Service | Connect Cowork to Dynamics 365 Customer Service | Query and manage customer service cases, knowledge articles, and support workflows |
| Dynamics 365 ERP | Connect Cowork to Dynamics 365 ERP | Access financial data, supply chain information, and operations workflows |
| Dynamics 365 Sales | Connect Cowork to Dynamics 365 Sales | Query leads, opportunities, accounts, and sales pipeline data |
| Fabric IQ | Connect Cowork to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI | Query datasets, generate reports, and access business intelligence insights across your Fabric workspace |
Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales integrations are enabled by default and can be disabled in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Note
Dynamics 365 plugins require an associated Power Platform environment. After you add a Dynamics 365 plugin, select an environment to connect to.
Partner plugins
Partner plugins connect Cowork to popular third-party services so the agent can read and act on data in the tools your organization already uses. Like Microsoft plugins, partner plugins are distributed through the Microsoft 365 App Store and require your IT admin to make them available before you can add them.

Partner plugins authenticate to each service using your existing sign-in. The first time you use a partner plugin, Cowork prompts you to sign in to the service and authorize the connection.
Note
The partner plugin catalog continues to grow. To see the full list of partner plugins currently available to your organization, open Add plugins in Cowork and browse the Microsoft 365 App Store. The plugins your admin has approved appear in the All plugins tab.
Custom plugins
Your organization can build custom plugins for Cowork. Custom plugins use the same package format as Microsoft and partner plugins, and can include both skills and connectors.
For details on building custom plugins, see Build plugins for Cowork. For details on deploying custom plugins to your organization, see Manage plugins for Cowork.
