The automation center in the Power Automate portal gives you comprehensive AI-powered automation monitoring. Copilot answers questions about work queue statuses and handling times. With these insights, you can improve processing throughput and resiliency, and prevent SLA breaches.

Feature details

Copilot in the automation center gives you a versatile experience. You can ask it about cloud flows, desktop flows, work queues, and other Power Automate features.

Copilot answers work queue questions, like:

  • How many items are on hold?
  • How many items might breach the SLA?
  • What's the average handling time for each processor and queue?
