Gets or sets the refresh interval for the cache, in seconds.

The refresh interval for the cache, in seconds.

Remarks
Stores the refresh interval of the cache. This is the approximate amount of time in seconds that the CacheMangager will sleep before automatically refreshing the cache. A value of zero means that the cache should never be automatically refreshed. Throws a CommerceCacheException on failure.
