Remarks

The ResourceManager class enables you to look up culture-specific resources, provides a fallback resource when a particular localized resource does not exist, and supports resource serialization.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
