Currently, Microsoft AppSource doesn't have an option to let customers subscribe to, and pay for an app that they want to use. This situation leaves partners with the task to integrate some way of monetization into their app. You'll need to decide how you want customers to pay for it. It's up to you to include monetization as part of your app.
