Hi all,

I'm facing an annoying issue.
My client is using dual 4k monitor setup and his sight is not that great so he depends on the scaling / zoom factor in windows.

Yesterday we migrated them from a server 2016 terminal server to a Azure Virtual Desktop environment.

On the Server2016 the scaling worked just fine when using the registry keys:
Local Machine: IgnoreClientDesktopScaleFactor = 1
And CurrentUserKey: LogPixels = 192 for 200% scaling.

However this does not work anymore for Windows 10 Multi session. It seems to completely ignore the zoom/scaling factor.
I have checked the Win8DpiScaling it is set to 1. Tried changing the registry keys to 0...
Unfortunately no success yet.

Anyone that can help me on this issue?

    @Az-8501

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform, thanks for posting your query here.

    You can change the scaling of the connection in the MSRDC app by right-click on the connection icon in the main window and select settings, from there, you can adjust the resolution.
    AVD connections take on the scaling settings set on the local device by default. So, if you have set it locally to 100%, you will get 100% in the remote session.

    Hope this helps.
