Lag to send emails from Outlook to OneNote

I use OneNote extensively. I have recently switched laptops with identical settings to my old laptop just with a much larger hard drive. Since I switched computers, it takes much longer to send emails from Outlook to OneNote. Navigating within OneNote or printing to One Note from another Microsoft application has not changed, so I think it might have something to do with my Outlook settings. Are there settings that I should check?

To avoid impact of version, please upgrade it to the latest.
