Azure Portal Sign In Failed, Automatically Retry, and Ends with error message

I have 2 Azure accounts and I need to migrate my Azure resources from my account linked to a MSDN professional subscription to another account that I want to upgrade to MSDN pro.
Unfortunately, I can't connect to any of my accounts anymore !

My subscription expired in a couple of days and Microsoft support remains silent ...
Any clue ?
