Lookup column with reference to other sharepoint list with a column from people/group

Question

I want to create a column with "lookup" in sharepoint list 2. This column should refer to sharepoint list 1, to the 4th column. This column is a self added column "People/Groups" - not the column with Title, ID, Created by, etc.
When I create a demand column, I can only refer to the automatically created columns in List 1. (Picture 2)

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

According to the research, ‘Person&Group’ column type cannot be used to create lookup columns.
