    Hi.

    1. The MBAM service may not be able to connect to the database server due to network issues or incorrect database connection string settings.
    2. Ensure that the access account has sufficient permissions to read the database.
    3. The computer account of the MBAM Management Server does not have the required permissions to connect to sql databases.
    4. The SQL server port is blocked in the firewall. Verify that SQL Server is configured to listen on the port number and ensure that the port is open in the firewall between the management server and the database server.

You can try investigating the above reasons to troubleshoot.
