I tried to find a free way, but it was all in vain; it's a very difficult process.

You found Donglify, and I have been using FlexiHub https://www.flexihub.com/ for a long time. Yes, it’s not free, but it works flawlessly.

What is also convenient is that FlexiHub allows you to share any USB device with a virtual machine, so you can use it for various tasks.

    Hi Sirvi,

You can do this by following these steps:

    1. Insert the USB media to the Hyper-V host.
    2. go to disk management on the host and right click the usb storage, and take it offline. (The VM and the host are not allowed to have simultaneous access)
    3. Go to the settings of your VM and click on SCSI controller
    4. Add the type "HardDrive"
    5. Go to the newly create harddrive in the Hyper-V settings menu and click on the option Physical harddrive. You should be able to select the USB drive.

Please accept my answer it it helped you in anyway.
    Thanks!
