I want to link the certiport azure certification to Microsoft account

Question

Hi,
I cleared the azure fundamental AZ 900 exam dated 16th September 2022. I gave this exam through certiport . The certificate is being showing on certiport website but without certification id . It is having verify.certiport.com *****-*****
After exploring many articles, I also found that certiport has different mcid then mcid of Microsoft account.
