My laptop is HP Spectre 16 (2022) but it cannot run Virtualization Technology, I have changed it in the Bios and Windows Features but it does not work, Please help me on this.

thanka. I followed your instructions and used Method 1 as windows security but it was ON already but it does not work when I tested it again by app Intel Processor Utility.
I also opened Group Policy Editor but cannot find Device Guard : "Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > ???"
