IIS open but doesn't display anything to manage sites

I installed IIS 10 on my windows 11.

But when I open my IIS service manager, no connection is displayed:

I tried to repair my system using this:

I then uninstalled and reinstalled IIS, restarted my computer but nothing worked. I still have the same problem.

In the list of services, IIS is started...

Try to access localhost to see if it works, if you can access it successfully, it means that your iis has been installed successfully, there may be a problem with a configuration file, and further analysis is required.

IIS is installed and running.
I manage to interact with it using the appcmd command.
On the other hand, each time I create a site or with the default site with this command, I have a 401 error on localhost.

I did some more searching and found someone who had a similar problem. They said their solution was to disable Malwarebytes. I also had Malwarebytes installed.

I disabled all Malwarebytes protections (didn't uninstall -- just disabled them). I then was able to successfully uninstall all IIS features using the "Turn Windows Features On or Off" (prior to disabling Malwarebytes, I wasn't able to uninstall the non-working installation).

Next, I restarted my machine (all Malwarebytes protection options still disabled after the restart).

Then, I was able to successfully install IIS and IIS admin without issues (IIS Admin has a normal looking and functioning navigation panel).

So I'm 99.9999999999% sure my problem's were caused by having Malwarebytes installed and enabled when adding the IIS features to my Windows 11 installation.

Thank you! I've been trying to solve this problem for days! Windows 11 pro, trying to get IIS Manager to work. All I had to do was disable malware bytes when uninstalling and installing it.

Confirmed here, too! In the latter versions of Malwarebytes, turn off "Exploit Protection" by right-clicking the "M" tray icon or after opening the Malwarebytes app. Go into Malwarebytes settings and under "Security" disable starting Malwarebytes at system restart. Restart the system. Install IIS (or uninstall/restart and then install if you already had a broken installation on the system). Restart again. Now, you can run the Malwarebytes app, re-enable "Exploit Protection" and re-enable starting Malwarebytes on startup.
