RDP Connection repeating keystrokes multiple times

Hi there!

I am facing a rather odd issue at the moment. Across multiple clients mstsc.exe RDP connections to a 2022 RDS Server showing extremely odd behaviour during keyboard inputs.

Characters are being repeated randomly multimple times.

Typing "Terminalserver" results in "Terminaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalserver". This happens with random characters, we were unable to find a pattern.

Clients are running the latest Windows 10 Pro Version, Server 2022 is also fully updated as of today.

Has anyone a suggestion how to prevent this? RDS is not really useable at this moment since this happens with every other sentence.

Edit: we've also tested with the Windows Store Remote Desktop App which also shows this error.

I'm seeing the same problem. I thought my keyboard was defective, but the issue persists with a different keyboard. Only RDP sessions are affected - on the client PC it doesn't seem to happen.

Were you able to resolve this?

Tengo el mismo inconveniente el conectar dispositivos móviles a la sesión RDP.
