How to pull report for number of files and line of code changed during any particular release

Question

Hello,

I am able to see total number of files changed and total number of line of code changed in those files during release thru Azure DevOps Pipeline. This is also showing manually on Azure DevOps Interface but not able to pull these as a report. Is it possible somehow to pull any report from Azure DevOps which can give us details for each release and include number file changed, number of code line added, removed etc.. Please check the attached image which is showing there while checking manually on interface.
