Bitlocker info mis-matched to wrong Device

My personal laptop requires its BitLocker Recovery key. Logged into my Microsoft account. See my Devices listed and labeled correctly (see 1st screenshot image). I then select See Details for the impacted laptop, and it's listed and labeled correctly (see 2nd screenshot image). I then select Manage Recovery Keys, and new screen shows the Device List but the Device Name for the only Device listed is incorrect (see 3rd screenshot image), and when I try entering its listed Recovery key on the impacted laptop, I get a "Failed to unlock w/ this recovery key" error. No idea what I must do next.

Do you connect to any organization/school account on your computer? Have you logged into Teams to an education account? Sometimes when you click "Let this organization manage your device" it could set up BitLocker key to their environment.

Use it for personal, BUT did load O365 on it per a work O365 account. Per the screenshot I included, when I log into my MS account using my personal login, I see the impacted Device listed, but when I try adding that key it doesn't take. I logged into my work MS account too, but the impacted Device is not a listed device using that account.

So at this point where I'm at is I see the impacted device listed when I access my MS account using my personal login. But the bitlocker key doesn't work. I've also worked with company Admins, whoch checked into my Azure Ad account. They show me they see the impacted device listed there too, but only for the O365 download, and they don't see any mention of a bitlocker key.

I'll add that my goal here is to Factory Restore this laptop, but says No Factory Image Found. The Reset PC option doesn't work either, but no errors, just returns me to the Choose An Option screen everytime I invoke that process.

Seems pretty old. In case a work or school account has been used also look for keys on Azure portal\Azure Active Directory\Devices\All Devices

If this image is on the bit locked disk then it wouldn't be possible.

my goal here is to Factory Restore this laptop

Might check the manufacturer site for recovery media or just clean install it from downloaded media where you can delete / recreate the partition.
