Hyper-V doesnt work1 error code 0x80070103 "No More Data Is Available" when trying to create virtual machine

Whenever I try to create a virtual machine, this error occurs:

I really need help with this, as I cant create virtual machines. Also, whenever I try to start virtual machines, another error occurs saying that "the hypervisor is not available":

I really need help with this! Hyper-V is unusable, and I have really important tasks with hyper-v.
