Online Outlook 365 draft emails will not delete after the email has been sent

Hello,
we use online Outlook 365 through a browser. Sent emails are randomly stored in the Sent folder and the Drafts folder. When creating an email, it is saved in Draft and after sending, it remains in this folder and is not moved to Sent. This happens randomly.

Welcome to our forum!To better solve the problem, I need to confirm the following details with you:
- What is your account type? Hotmail account(outlook.com…) / Exchange online / O365 account.
- Confirm with the recipient that they have successfully received the email.
- Check if the rules for routing emails to draft folder are set in Outlook.
- What browser are you using? Try to log in to another browser.
