W10 to W11, always rollback

I have a portable Hp Z-book with Windows 10. I like to upgrade to Windows 11 as the system shows me the window that there is Windows 11. And my system is able to upgrade because no hardware issues when running the assistant.
So I upgrade and wait.
But the result is everytime a rollback and I am back using Windows 10.

Now there are indeed a lot of possibilities but none of them leaded to a solution.
I also read that I could use the logs and find a reason like driver issue (or whatever), but reading that log isn't that simple.
So in attach you could find the logs created while setting up and rolling back: you can find 1 log, the other is too big so I put it at a webpage.

Is there someone who can find a reason in the logs?

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

Best regards.
Kurt
