    Hi @IBN

When users share files its being shared from their Onedrive account. If this file does not need to be worked on by both parties then try the "Upload from PC" option.

If both parties have to work on the document, check out the users permissions with sharing files from their Onedrive.

    Regards,
    T

    Hi @IBN

Does the web client have the same problem? If there is no problem on the web client, you could clear the cache or reinstall the client.

Besides, you can also use the self-help diagnostics in Microsoft 365 admin center to see if it would return error messages: Run Tests: Unable to access files in a team

For more details about you don’t have access to this file, you could refer to this article.
