I am trying to block the PUA for all macOS users in Microsoft intune using this command
[mdatp threat policy set --type potentially_unwanted_application --action block ] but it shows me an error message which mdatp command not found. is there any alternative way or code that I can use in the intune shell script?

For this issue, did you install Microsoft Defender app in this Mac? When I install Microsoft Defender app and then run this command maunally, it is successful.
Honestly, I'm not familiar with macOS shell script, so there is no detailed script I can share with you. If possible, it is suggested to contact Microsoft Defender for Endpoint support to get more help about it.
