Hello,
In our setup i'm using device configuration policy for features to set all company apps on one page. This setting make unavailable for user to add any new icon, is there any way it can be configured to keep created layout on initial setup but then allow user to to rearrange?

Can I know if you use Home Screen Layout settings to add pages, or add pages and apps to the Dock? If so, the icons on the Home Screen and pages are locked. They can't be moved or deleted. This behavior might be by design with iOS/iPadOS and Apple's MDM policies.
